This policy describes what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It's written to be read: if anything is unclear, email hello@cloveanalytics.com and I'll answer plainly.
Booking information. When you book a call, scheduling runs on Cal.com. You provide your name, email address, and anything you choose to add (your company, your numbers, context for the call). Cal.com processes that information under its own privacy policy; Clove receives it to prepare for and hold the meeting.
Email. If you email hello@cloveanalytics.com, the correspondence — your address and what you write — is kept as ordinary business records.
Analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless: it reports aggregate page views and performance without tracking you individually, across sites, or over time. This site sets no tracking cookies of its own.
Embedded content. Videos are hosted on Vimeo and load when you press play; at that point Vimeo may set its own cookies under its own policy. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver the files.
No advertising, no ad trackers, no sale of personal information, no sharing of your information for marketing — anyone's. Your information is used for exactly two things: responding to you and operating this site.
If you become a client, the store, advertising, and financial data you grant access to is governed by the confidentiality and data-handling terms of your engagement letter — deliberately stricter than any website policy — not by this page. This is the most sensitive data you have, and it's treated that way.
Information is shared only with the service providers named above (Cal.com, Cloudflare, Plausible, Vimeo, Google, and the email infrastructure that delivers correspondence), each processing it to provide their service — or where the law requires disclosure. Correspondence and booking records are kept as long as they're useful as business records, then deleted in the ordinary course. You can ask at any time what information Clove holds about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted: email hello@cloveanalytics.com.
Clove works with clients across countries and time zones; information is processed in the United States by the providers named above. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
